can you use VAG COM to enable the sat nav on a car that wasnt supplied with it?
basically my boss has just bought a new S3 - his didnt come with sat nav installed but he is wanting to add it in himself. He has got a unit on the way but has been told he needs to change a setting to tell the car to use it. His car also has the Bose sound system and he wants to make sure both will work together

Yes, once he retrofitted the hardware he will be able to perform the necessary changes.
