made up my mind that i want a sub, i dont feel the bass is to my liking. so what subs are people running im thinking with the boot size and the amount i actually use i could even have a twin sub. if people could post the prices too that would be great

We used to sell the v12's at work, im thinking of getting a smaller Edge one, just less hassle to get in and out since the motors used for work and life. They have a neat quick release system now, so its pretty much plug and play to take the sub in and out.

Iam Running a 10" JL Audio sub with a 3 pin connecter block which runs the live, earth and remote wire, so to remove the sub i dont have to disconnect it all from the amp, just simply pull the plug apart and disconnect the RCA's

edit: just notice the above, my home made version of that

i think the vibe edge sub/amp combo, comes with the wiring kit + the adapters already, but you can get just the adapters from frauds.

I used to run two jl audio 12" don't get fooled by 1200w Sony xplods etc. my jl were 125w each a d were a lot louder and crisp than some of the other crap that claim a million watts

do a stealth box, but i would advise against a 15" sub as my car feels like its shaking apart on half bass.

i can give advise as i have learnt from the mistakes i made on mine.

two 15" ground zero 38spl's 1500w rms each (will be getting 1600w rms each) box will fill the boot and should get about 147dB's ;)

wow that sounds more like a show install haha but good job mate :)

I'm running a single mtx 12 inch sub with a jl audio amp. Its ample and is sweet sounding and not just a noise, but can make the wind screens bouncy if I want it too.
