what wax?

ive had my car nearly 3 months now and never noticed how bad the paintwork was until now.paint swirls and scratches etc and just generally terrible looking.
can anyone recommend anything that will remove swirls and scratches and leave the paintwork looking brand new and shiny!!?

I was recommended that Autoglym super resin polish is the best to get if you're on a budget and doing it by hand. I'm progressing from there to poorboys with a machine polisher, but the SRP certainly improved things initially.

I picked up some SRP off Ebay for a fiver the other week. Cant go wrong for that price.

Spending plenty of time working it in is the key.
