Yep they are the Monza's. But theres one thing, Im sure the wheel bolts are wrong. 
Dont TD's wheels have a tapered/conial seat??

Its Craig btw. I mean that those look like the standard Seat wheel bolts that are holding the TD's Monza's on. They have a radius seat on the bolt.
Im pretty certain TD wheels have a conial/tapered seat, similar to this > \ /.
Oh and they will probably need spigot rings, but I think those will probably be there already.
