Watching again and that short person couldn't push the brake pedal all the way down either......

As said above, you would need a miracle to get a Cupra to a spec so that it could keep up with a GT3... the driver of the Ibiza probably couldn't believe he was keeping up with the Porsche! There is no way he could of done if the Porka was being driven with any real conviction.
