New discs and pads 3k miles tops (brand new pads at the front DS2500)
All wheels recently refurbished
Neuspeed Induction kit
Plowerflow exhaust
Immaculate condition inside and out

I am thinking £12k...?? What do you all think??
Reason for possible sell is due to looking at buying a house. Want to keep it if I can though.

Looks a clean example apart from the scrape on the front bumper.
12k might be a bit high unless somebody wants that sort of spec of course.
i paid 13k for my 04 plate 225 from the stealers

Id say 12 may be a tad high, maybe 11.5k and i would almost certainly take it back to standard engine spec, people dont like to buy revo'ed or modded cars (engine wise) unless its a specialst sale etc. As the buyer may assume its been thrashed. If it where me spending that kind of cash id feel more comftorbale buying a standard spec one.

The scrape on the bumper will be no more before it actually goes up for sale.

I'm gonna put the std rear box on it again soon, fed up of the noise at motorway speed, and was intending to sell the airfilter unless any potentional new owner wanted it

TBH the seats might well make it more difficult the sell as they are an aquired taste.
