Wheel offsets?

Just a quick question, I've got a 2014 fr tdi 150, would 19"x 8.5" wheels with an et45 offset fit with no rubbing? I'd be looking to lower it on eibach springs

No problem! i running 225/35-19" ET40 and eibach springs 50/40 but i dont think they lowered so much. No rubbing even when you have full load and 5 persons in car

I have 7,5x18 with 225/40-18 with 13mm spacers and they did rub on front, tried 10mm spacers and no rubbing.

How much have you lowered? your car looks lower than mine! I have never rub

42-47mm on coilovers

Your car is lower than mine thats why. I have eibach springs and ET40 and its no problem at all, and i think that was matttjones78 question if it works.
I search on forums before i bought my wheels and springs so i did know how "aggresive" i could go! Im happy with my setup even if i wish it was little more lower.
