Wheel Opinions Please

OK time to think about replacing my standard 17s on my FR, think I have norrowed down to 3 choices.... but can't decide from one day to the next, opinions please good and bad. Also anyone knows of a cheap place to get em from would be appreciated too....
Any other suggestions or pics welcomed, looking to spend 600-700 inc tyres

Yeah you're right...they do look quite good on a car.

Wonder what they're like on the leon.

theres a thread on here mate with mk2 leons with the golf gti and the audi rs4's on. both in nineteens though. the rs4's in nineteen would be my choice as they look too small in eighteens, imo the gti's are nice as well but not as nice as the rs4's on a leon.

Thanks guys, im kind of in 2 minds about the GTI ones, one minute i think they look awful, then i see them on a Golf and i think they look great.....

Think im swaying towards the RS4s they do look great, not sure my budget can stretch to 19s though and my poor back would be complaining too.....

Thanks for the link to that thread, these 2 look the best i think.... no bodykit on my black FR though, might consider the side skirts at a later date....

What are they and where do you get them? Are they R8 copies?

If you right click on the pic and go to properties you will see the link m8.... i imagine at less than 700 with tyres they are copies, a genuine one would probly be that on its own!

i love the golf gti alloys. do you think they would suit my red leon bodykit. also which would be better the black ones shown above with the red trim or the normal ones? anyone know where you can get them black ones from and how much?

Ive never seen those black gti ones Davey but the ones on the site in the link above (silver) are 680 with tyres if thats any help,i think they would look good on a red leon with bodykit in silver or in black m8.

Spoke to a local guy today who has quoted me 675 for a set of RS4 18s with Toyo 225/40 tyres, does that sound like a good deal?

I do love the golf ones but i think they are just a little too 'boy racer' for me, will probably change my mind tomorrow though....

Ive seen painted RS4s can you buy them standard and get them painted or do you have to buy them pre-painted???? By painted i mean black on the inside....

My 08 Candy White Leon FR Tdi is having it's new wheels and tyres fitted tomorrow. New style 18 inch RS4's with the new Toyo Proxes4 tyres 225/40/18 and locking wheel bolts all in £620.

Will post pics asap.

Sounds great, bit far from me in Somerset though..... can you give me a link to where you are getting the wheels as the place im going to have said they will match any other genuine deal.... time to test them out i think!!!!
