The LED's should still fit (if they they w5w/501?) your normal non-xenon sidelights.

The xenons have DRL's rather than sidelights but they are the same bulb fitment afaik.

No ... side lights on normal non-xenon unit are basically two small bulbs just above the main lamps. Will have another look at the main headlights bulb, but as far as side lights go, the LEDs appear to be a no-go

But the standard sidelights above the headlights can be changed for LED's,

Except i've just checked and you're right, they're a different fitment. (382, as opposed to 501 which the sidelights are)

The 382 LED's you've got for the DRL's you dont have, can however be used as replacement rear fog lights (fog light as you've got a 3dr)

Yip - gathered they could be used for replacement rear fog ... or perhaps even reversing light ... not quite the same effect though lol. Will just hold on to them ... may buy another cupra / Boc in the future and will make sure xenons are selected from the option list lol. Oh well :(

Got the LED lights ... I must be a numpty, because the don't fit. Looking at your LEDs jc, seems you have replaced the orange indicator bulbs. I pulled these bulbs out, but the LEDs are a different fitiment...my side lights are integrated into the main headlights unit ... so, I am now assuming that the LEDs are only suitable for the xenon unit. Oh well ... my bad.

I got mines fitted no problem took 2 minutes no joke and they look soo much better really happy wit them. Im not sure if its different for non xenon lamps though.

Yes mate ... it is different for non-xenons ... ah well, no big expense and will do for in the future if a get another cupra. Glad you are happy with them though.
