Surely the simplest thing is to put a cd changer in the boot. I assume the lead is allready there.

Or if you have an iPod or similar you can get things that plug into the cd changer socked and allow you to control the ipod with the head unit.

Yea thats the simplest things to do, but if your like me and prefer a normal headunit that you can easily wire amplifers into, then installing a new headunit is the next best thing.

i fitted one myself by cutting the standard loom that goes into the back of the standard screen, and then crimping another wire into each existing wire extending it to under my steering wheel, then just reconnected it all (apart from the speaker wires to the stadrd head unit as it would interfear with the newly installed unit) and they both worked. just the standard one didnt output any sound.

took about an hour or two to do, but was worth it.
