Where can I get Yellow paint for my Cupra - and what's the code?

As above really, I have a 51 plate Cupra in yellow. I need to get a small amount of paint to colour a primed towing eye cover before fitting.

Car is getting dropped off at an auction house in Leeds tomorrow, so I need to be able to get this done in the morning.

The colour is called Ovni Yellow but I do not know the code. The best place to get this done fast would be Halfords who will mix it up for you there and then.

That's what I had to do, got the code off my local dealer (who dont do spray paints ) & went to Halfrauds, mixed in 5 mins by a lovely little Blonde

The code on the sticker is LS1H but in fact halfrauds / motorworld etc will find it under 51H . Halfrauds mixed mine and it was a pretty good match .

that would suggest its L51H on the sticker? anyway yeah pop down to halfords and they'll make you some in a can for £10.99 I think it is? maybe it was 13.99 cant remember

yeah but on mine the 5 looks exactly like an S and so will prob confuse the brains at halfrauds

I had some mixed by halfords for my new mirror cases, imperial blue is now a purple colour it seems

White sticker in boot under carpet, or in the service manual, will look a bit like this

S1H is the code for OVNI Yellow, not 51H. But check your data sticker - maybe it isn't OVNI Yellow after all (I don't know if Cupra's were ever painted with any other yellow, but it doesn't hurt to check)

Platinum Grey should be S7U, and Imperial Blue S5N.

yes my sticker says S1H but nothing was found on there database , i searched some threads on here and found that the S is actually a 5 . After that i had no probs !

its not halfords that make the paints or provide the mixing quantities. it's some italian company i think

holts is the paint in halfords, ive been using them and they are a good match

These codes are used across the whole VAG range. Almost all of them begin with a letter. The code for OVNI yellow is S1H.

According to the page below (page 6 of the pdf), the S meant Seat, but the first letter is not significant any more. The occasional numeric colours (like 041, plain black) predate this system.
