Where is the fuse box?

Ok maybe silly question... I'm curious where it is, says in the manual that it's under the steering wheel on right side which has a hole. I'v tried pulling it but doesn't wanna seem to come off. Is there screws holding the cover or is it somewhere else on the car like being in the glovebox?
