where is the odbII connector on an LCR?

Have vagcom from my golf but cant see where the odbII connector is hidden in the LCR? must be obvious Im sure...anyone point me in the right direction?

under the ash try there's the 'pocket' at the back of that there's a blanking plate - it's behnd that

Under the ash tray in the centre console area. Behind a little peice of plastic that comes off easily.
