What exhaust??

Neither supersprint is the best exhaust for LCR.

Miltek has a horrible back box, and still has the twin pea shooters! its not a proper oval box. Its also got a gloomy appearance, looks like its sad!

Not much experience with blueflame but reading scotty's review on it, i would stay clear! You buy cheap, you get cheap!

Only leaves 1 really, and it is a very nice piece of kit. Expensive but the best imo

The only thing with doing a poll is people will choose with what they have got and most people have the miltek exhaust.

Cant remember exact price but its the dearest out of the bunch, manufactured in italy so is a top notch system!

Think it cost me £400-£500 for cat back alone including interpipe

Or an A+M.

He has had an absoloute nightmare with exhausts.

As far as im aware most people will choose miltek as it is available as a full system! Supersprint offers sports cat and then backwards from that, as far as im aware they do not have a downpipe!

If your getting BT you'll need a custom DP anyway. Or phone awesome/etc and ask if APR/blueflame will fit a supersprint.
I dont think it will as it's designed to fit the std dp which has two pipes, 1 for each cat section.

If this helps...

Depends on what you want, I have a 20VT and therefore I bought the Miltek so my girlfriend wouldnt notice the upgrade - worked for about 2 weeks...

Empi5 got the blueflame and loves it, but he's got a Cupra R 225 so its horses for courses and how much you want to pay.

I had the 200 CELL CAT and downpipe with mine and its amazing, pea shooters or not, I wouldnt be so arrogant to try and persauade you either way. Do some searches on the site and ask people if they are happy with their choice, I think most wil be with what they have.

Either Miltek, BlueFlame or SuperSprint there all favourable exhausts on the site so your not going to go far wrong by choosing one of them.

Do your own research, ask around and go for what your budget dictates, like I said there all good exhausts either way.

I'm thinking of a powerflow my self, BMC is up the road from me.

What are the noise levels like?

The standard LCR is quiet as f**k and a little grunt makes a car seem faster IMO.

If i had an LCR (and looking at your planned mods in your sig) i wouldn't touch the exhaust unless i was going to change the turbo, then the exhaust i got would pretty much be dictated by the turbo i was fitting and the company that was carrying out the work.

my powerflow is quite tame driven normally, when you get off the accelerator and coast down in gear you get a deep sound and on heavy acceleration there is a decent noise, but not overly loud.
i went for the 2 1/4 catback system with a back box and second box (baffle iirc)
was advised that upping from 2 1/8 to 2 1/4 was plenty as 2 1/2 was no better.
