Which Spark Plug - Poll !!!

I know that there are lots of threads about them but none gives a clearly answer...

Ibiza cupra Stg2... which is the best???

to be fair i dont think that you can pick a "best" one, i have denso IK22's in mine and am very happy with them, i get no misfires under boost and good power but there is no way you can put it down to the spark plugs you have.

Im sure that the NGK and Bosch ones do exactly the same job.

The F5DPOR is one grade colder than PFR6Q, but the question is:

do our cars need 1 grade colder plugs???
do the iridium plugs offer any real advantages over the platinum???
