Which uprated clutch to get

Greetings, what clutch do you prefer for a Cupra with(soon to be) TTE420 turbo? I see there are this two options

Price difference is minimal so of course I would go for the one that has higher rating, but I'm afraid that it won't be suitable for daily use and I also heard that it wears much faster than the OEM clutch. Also, do you think I must change stock rods or pistons for TTE420? I plan to run the car around 400hp to not push everything to the limit, not sure how much torque it could produce.

I'd go with the organic 550nm. It'll feel more like OEM and won't wear as quick. The paddle type is more for race cars and won't last long at all in a road car. I'm running 583nm on a helix organic. It does say 550+.

What engine do you have? I known @Jairm88 has the tte420 and engine isn't forged. Maybe he can offer some advice for you.

240hp cupra(bwj),tnx for advice,will go with 550nm one.

Ive been running a Helix organic at around 560nm on my car for around 6 years without any problems.

If the car is mapped nice and linear the organic will hold up just fine.

No need to change pistons and rods with a TTE420 set up, my car has done 93k and the stock engine is holding up fine with 426bhp/411ftlb.

I had the sachs uprated clutch and it was a nightmare, the clutch pedal was way too hard for my liking, so I put the original clutch, and to my horror, the dual mass fly wheel was in bad shape, I hadn't even done 6000 miles, so a new dual-mass flywheel had to go in, bloody expensive!
