Which VAG-COM?......

This might seem a bit of a stupid question but here goes......

Ive got a mk3 2001 ibiza cupra, i need Vag-Com, ive been on the Rosstech website and it seems that there are a few that i could download? Is there a specific one that i need for my car if im using the software with a usb interface?

I havnt bought the interface yet so i might need a bit of guidance with that aswell? Just need steering in the right direction on this one........

if ross tech cable then get the latest version, if a non ross tech one then get which ever version the cable supplier recomends

Ask the vendor/seller of your interface hardware, which one to use. If you havn't bought one yet, there is nothing that we can tell you unless you have one. The limiting factor is the interface hardware, e.g. if you are getting a Ross-Tech KEY or HEX series interfaces then you could use the latest version of the software - but if you are buying 3rd party hardware, you are left with whatever works with it.
