Picked my new FR up before christmas, and have noticed a whistling air sound either coming from the drivers window or door when on the motorway. This seems to be around the 60-70mph and it can be quite annoying. Anyone else had similar?

Picked my FR before Christmas as well and I am experiencing the same issue with whistle like noise coming from the driver side doors (can only be heard when driving from 90km/h). Didn't do anything about it Also having a problem with plastic noise coming from the center console/gear selector area.
Note: From what I've read and experienced is that it comes from the mirrors and maybe when there is wind coming from a certain direction)

My experience is that there is an impressive lack of wind noice in the Leon....even at extremely high speeds. I would assume that something is not sealing properly if you experience notable wind noise.

My Cupra suffers from this, still debating whether or not to take it to the dealer to get sorted. Keep us posted on what the garage says/does...

check side mirrors. When closed you can see there are rubber seals under them. These seals are in the gap between the mirrors and the base, being located on the base. When torn a little in the corners there is awful whistle at speeds arround 60-70 mph. Just tear the seals more or put some felt tape on the base to prevent the torn be like whistle...

I have checked the mirrors, and there is a rubber there, but it has a pre cut hole there on both sides, and not a tear.

check the front side, when you close the mirror, if there is a hole, this is what makes the whistle... front side should have no holes between the seals... this was the problem with mine whistle noise, after cutting little bit more from the rubber seal to mamke the hole bigger - no more whistle...

To be sure this is the issue try closing the mirror and driving with 60-70 mph if there is still whistle - you have different issue. The issue with me wasn't present when the mirrors were closed.

The front when closed looks like there is no raised seal present but the back looks like a purpose built hole.

Just tried in the motorway with the mirrors folded, and the issue is still there, so looks like it will be door related, rather than wing mirror.
