I think I will, I just want to upgrade the brakes on the front before I put them on as it will look silly with small calipers and discs

Dont worry about brakes just now. Inless you discs and pads are gone

no, i replaced them about 3000 miles ago so there is still life left in them

AP's were second hand, and I don't recall quite how much I paid in total. Quite a lot though. More than £500.

Not sure how much the 280's are worth, but I'll give you first refusal via PM when I come to selling them.
