That torque curve or more accurately that plateau of torque is fantastic. No surge, just always there. Also with stage 1 you get 215hp peak. your making more than 215 from 5200-7000rpm
Its a shame there was no before graph so you cant see the actual gains. I often dont know what to make of AMDs results. sometmes they are normal, othertimes (mostly) way above whats expected.
FWIW JKM had a Ibiza FR on their rollers today for stage 1 REVO. thats with the standard intake. So that is what id expect a stage 1 TSI(180) to be running
its difficult to say as theres no before run so there is no way of gauging how accurate/inaccurate that rolling road run is, but ignoring the figures the curves look good. know torque or horsepower spikes, smooth delivery etc
i did ask for a before graph but they said that they would but because there was alot of work to do the exhaust would get soo hot they wouldnt be able to touch it for ages and that could prolong the job as it was it only got finished at about half 5-6 from 8.30 which is fair enough. it does drive really well and pulls well as i have said before. i said i was a little disapointed with the results but they said everything is very hot it had cars on it all day so it was all hot and sometimes that can affect the readings aparently as a leon cupra r had just come off the dyno and mine went straight on it could have been pheasable
iirc your near lakeside. speak to AMD, and ask if they will do you a deal on a before and after dyno run for the good and benefit of the forum lol id bet they would be interested
then they can overlay stock, stage 1 and stage 2 onto 1 graph
Very impressive! 236bhp is a good solid figure with torque to back it up. Im still on 180bhp lol! Real shame about your alternater though I hope all that gets sorted.
I don't understand this as I have revo stage 1, I got it in about November last year, they said I was the first person in the uk to get the revised map, I had it on the rollers and it made 223bhp and 230ftlb torque
Me personally i only take notice of results from Dyno Dynamics rollers as they are always lower than all the pretty much all the other rolling roads, give consistent results wherever you are in the country and everytime i see a standard car on them, the standard cars make stock outputs. so many other cars including the ones that made standard power go onto other rollers and gain 15hp without any change, just through generous rollers. AMDs made on average 24hp more with my previous car compared to what it made on 3 different dyno dynamics rollers.
what rollers were your results from. AMD or Awesome. Both are known to give high readings at times.
I will get hold of AMD today to see if I can pop down there on the 01/04 and get two readouts of stock and stage 1 then come back once stage 2 done. That should finally answer our questions on gains.
UPDATE - All seems good just waiting for the call back to get it booked in. Will be friday 01/04 in the AM as I drive up to Manchester in the afternoon.
this one is for all you guys who make these huge stock figures
just had mine on the rolling road 180ps =177hp and my car made 176.5hp. Maybe a couple more Hop available when its run in slghtly more as its only running 150 miles so far.
Funny that, REVOs Fabia vRS made 194hp stock  so their map is actially making about 204hp and not 228hp
As ive said in many threads, take your car to a dyno dynamics rolling road and it will make stock power. take it to other pants dynos and you'll gain 20hp+
apologies for the crap pics, carp weather and carp camera
needs lowering, needs a remap, needs a rear ARB and needs brakes. Do any of you guys find that if you really bury the brake pedal that the cars squirm under braking?
