I ordered Leon FR TDI on 24th of Jan, the sales man told me about 2 weeks ago he thinks he has managed to swap a car he has on order for my order so i should get mine on 12th march. i added con pack and media system should have cost me 21500 i did the deal for 17020 with a few extras also chucked in

A nice saving there, funny how I paid £17300 for an SE with BT kit & leather, before the VAT increase.
I got £3500 off for scrappage of my £250 scrapper. I was informed today by my stealer that my deleivery date is now 26th march, so im abit gutted
I ordered mine around the same time but I guess scrappage deals get priority
I'm not sure it's an option as such, but the dealer I went to (JCT) said they can work around it
Maybe this is the cause of the Delays?

Fantastic thanks can't fault the car in any way the only issue we had was with the stealer both cars were poorly valeted to the extent that you couldn't see through the windows.
Booked back in for a valet today, when I get a minute I will get the SLR out and post a few pics. I see you have ordered yours what have u ordered
Glad you're enjoying th car - to be honest would rather have got the valeting done elsewhere rather than let the stealer do it!

Very nice car!! I ordered exactly the same on Tuesday - candy white with tech & conv packs. Mine is also a company car so was restricted on upgrading the alloys.
How is it, as good as it looks? I test drove one but it was the auto model and didn't get out of a 40mph zone so didn't really get to open her up. Dealers are far less interested in your business when you tell them it's a company car!!
What is the sat nav/media system like? Does it show speed cameras and do you know how to go about updating the maps? (maybe thinking too far ahead!)
Is a 12 week delivery about accurate? I was hoping for earlier but from reading threads on this site I think I will be lucky to see it in 12 weeks.

From my point of view from ordering near the end of jan, 12 weeks is about right. Mine is due any time now! Although speaking to my dealer, some new cars they have ordered have taken longer. Dont know why.
