Hi everyone,
I have found a 63mm hand-made oval exhaust (shall i call it silencer-box??) in a good price and i am thinking of buying it. Will it be ok for my MK4 1.2? Is there a reason why i shouldn't buy it? I do not care about a bhp increase at the mo, it is only for aesthetic purposes.
Also i have found the silencer box with the twin pipes off a standard FR? Will that also be ok in case i go for this one?
Thanks in advance!!

should fit ok at the cars are structually the same some one has put an fr exhaust on a deisel before only thing i can think of is the diameter of the pipe that could be a problem

yannis has cupra bumpers so not an issue for him you will need the fr rear valence its around 20 quid just clips to the underneath of the bumper

that confirms what ive just read somewhere else but the guy didnt seem to sure, thanks matey £20 is hardly going to break the bank, now all i need is a good spray shop to turn it magic black (hate black faded plastic!)

Cheers,
Matt

yea that will make the bumper look bit better and cosit is off the car can be done properly ie smoothed down and have a good finish on it. the clips look pretty tough tho so might be time comsuming to remove old noe but new one will clip in straight away.
