Will clio wheels fit???

Seen a nice set of clio sport wheels that I could get cheap and I know they're pcd is 100 (same as Ibiza's) and the centre bore (i'm guessing, according to alloyguide.com) is 60.1. So with just some spigots to change centre bore to 57.1, would these fit?
