hi just had to trace the service history for my altea i phoned these guys and they were very helpful sorted it all out replacing the book and filling it in for me really nice guys
i've no idea what the servises are like but judging by the way they helped me out if i were local to them i would use them no problem ........hope this helps someone in york....

I got my Ibiza from them, and they are helpful, however they are far from cheap, and ake their sweet time doing servicing, I had to chase them 5 times last time my car went in! Sales, can't fault them, maybe its because I'm young-ish, should have seen their face when they had to give me the keys to the TD people carrie they lent me!lol

I bought my LCR from Wills & Ellis and they were fantastic. The young sales guy (Jamie) couldn't do enough to help me. They even lent me the LCR for a few days while they tried to sell my Corrado G60 for me!

I've always been massively suspicious of car dealerships but W&E were excellent. We'll see how good their aftersales and servicing is now!

They have apparently stopped being a Seat dealer now and the seat dealership has moved to Martin Beever Skoda at clifton moor. Think they are becoming a VAG specialist garage now.

Thats good to hear they are still going with seat, am always happy to take my car to them when it needs something doing, and i've always trusted what they've said when somethings been wrong with it. The service manager is always up for a good chat whenever i've been kept waiting too.

on my third seat from them and my son also got his from there always been ok with me, altho I may have to nip into the skoda garage to have a look as I was thinking of changing to a Vrs soon

Hi guy

Just joined this site today as have just purchased a Tdi FR from Martyn Beaver. Been looking for a Leon for the last 2 years, wife takes ages to make her mind up about these sort of things lol. Anyway, having been in Wills & Ellis several times and had mediocre response from their sales staff I was amazed at the genuine friendly and helpful service from this dealer. Negotiated a good price on a met blue 09 FR. Sales guy and Martyn himself couldn't do enough to help with our selection. Was originally undecided between 1.4Tsi and FR. Spent most of Saturday test driving and comparing both which was not an issue with the sales guy. I had an issue with sourcing a towbar on the FR but was told I could leave a small refundable deposit to reserve the car if I wanted while they found out if one could be fitted. No sales pressure, just honest and genuine advice to help us make the right choice. Even had the sales guy ring us after he had got home and researched the towbar issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't recommend them enough. If you call in ask for Lee. Best sales guy we have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
