Well the cars been to seat and they have "done something with the wing mirror" to stop the wind noise and the testing technician says "I can't hear anything" - all i can say is he must ben fookin deaf..... and blind as I can plainly see the problem.... the window seal isnt in right its sticking out at the bottom...

Now heres my dilema, do I give them another go at fixing it and hope that all is fine.... if the dont fix it i can hand the car back as its within my 30 days... I've read people having problems with wind noise and never being solved could this be the case for me.

Or do u think I'm being a bit too "drama" for my own good.

My Beeza also suffers from wind noise, around the driver's mirror area. I've lived with it up to now. The demonstrator I tried was the same, maybe worse. As the speed picks up it tends to be less noticeable though. Thinking of putting masking tape over any gaps and (assuming this solves it) taking each piece off one by one until I can narrow it down.

I find taking this kind of thing to the dealer to sort, even under warranty, tends to be a waste of time. They really aren't interested. Bet the technician never tried to fix yours. You're left without a car or waiting around, just the inconvenience puts me off. Not to mention the drive from one side of Edinburgh to the other, and having to take time off.

Did taping the gaps work Aimez? I'll have to remember when I do mine on the driver's side I take someone with me to take bits off if I'm taping around the door seal!

I don't use mine daily (public transport!), so have lived with it up to now.

Out of interest what changes did you make, ie which speakers with what? I was driving to work today and noticed my vannila setup was far too bassy with very little midrange and it got me thinking as to some new tweets or perhaps enw speakers all round..

yeh just turn up the music!
I didn't get compnents too much pissing around, lucky i didn't as i got some JBls amped up but they were screwed all distorted especially when you cut all the bass away and faded everything to the front. I was so pissed off and sent them back and iv been driving with one speaker for a month!
Got the new ones and shoved them in am happy now, I like the sound but everyone has their own choice, im not all predantic like some people who dynmant the entire car and have the most expensive top amp ect!
I just wanted to be able to run my sub and be able to turn the choons up without distotion!
