window seals

right recently the windows have been excessively steaming up and now, my rear passenger carpet is getting a bit wet from moisture...

how do i replace these seals, i have removed the door card on the passenger side and fail to see one?

Have you removed the plastic sheeting that is stuck to the door behind the door card? Or wasn't there one there. If there wasn't, that might be your problem.

Dave, just as Jason said when you remove the doorcard there should have been a plastic/polythene sheet thats got a sticky membrane round the edges of it... that is the door seal.

probably can m8 , or else just do a diy number, duct tape and clear plastic .

Yeah, just get some plastic from a DIY shop and stick it round.

You could cut some plastic to shape, run round the area with silicone sealant and press it on that way too.

do remember u need to pop the door card back on chris.

so ur way possibly wouldnt work

Only a thin layer like - that would be the same as it would have been before.
