Windscreen Washer Motor Location

Is this something you can change yourself? As I think mine is fudged!

No sounds coming from it so I know it isn't an "empty" problem.

are you sure you havent just blown the fuse if its been too cold when trying to use your wipers? i did this couple years ago

Fuse is most likely cause in this weather as they frozen it blows it.

20amp fuse (yellow) behind the dash panel that is visible when you open the drivers door. Don't quote me but fuse no 36 rings a bell.
