Wing mirror covers.

Hi.How do I remove the wing mirror caps on my fr. Iknow there is probably a thread somewhere on here but I honestly do not have the time or patience to search. CHEERS.

They just pop off, small screw driver carefully in behind them and they pop off.

Cheers for that.i thought that might be the case but didn't want to risk it before taking advice.it's just that i'm going to colour code them.the original colour is like a matt silver and i think it looks crap.

Yes as quite easy, did my last night, small flat blade about 5mm wide and as thin as you can find, found the best place was on the furthest outside point and just underneath

I would recommend using an old credit card down the gap...

defo use a credit card and ease it around the cover to ensure you dont snap the plastic clips - then sell on ebay

Great replys as allways fella's.by the way anyone know how to remove the antenna.on my last car ,a mk 1 leon' i had to push it forcibly down after unscrewing it then just pull it out.doesn't seem to work on the mk2 leon though.

There is a thread somewhere about changing the aerial.... i think its called mini mod or something???
