Just had my Y reg Cupra serviced for the 60,000 mile service. Had the cam belt and roller changed as "it's only 30 minutes extra on the labor for swap vs change" and the whole lot cost me..

The irritation really starts when they havn't been able to do the job I asked... stop the wiper arm from rubbing against the inside of the bonnet.
"have you had the window replaced?" - "no...." - "well.. we can't do it, we'll look at it next time. maybe." That plus the fact they've broken the vacuum hose pipe clip and lost 2 engine cover clips. /RANT over.
But seriously.. Has anybody with wiper spindle rubbing on underside of bonnet issues ever sorted it? I know at least one other person on here has the same thing.
