Wiper fluid level - no warning on dash

Hi all,

My wiper fluid is bone dry and have had no warning from the lights on the dash that the level is low?

Has anyone had this problem?

It scares the sh1t out of me when it suddenly goes BEEP! at the most unpredictable moment

lol, yeh its such an aggressive warning sound, for something as little as washer fluid...
