Wiring help LC

Hi, I have a 2003 LC with a Aura tape and 6disk changer. I have got a RCA convertor to enable me to install mysub untill i can afford a Becker HU.
I need to know what colour wires the Left and Right channels are behind the hu. and also what colour the ground is. cheers.
