Wiring Issue

Hi,
I have a strange problem - I am sure there is a short somewhere.
2008 Seat Ibiza 6L - 1.4 BXW

The dashboard illumination and number plate lights stay on ALL of the time. Even when the key has been removed.
I have to disconnect the battery.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
Or an idea of what might be wrong?
