LOL some of them remember Bills v-max fun. Lets not forget though i am a small fish in a big pond at v-max, i will be in the lower end of the v-mqax table. You just cant argue with xt50 tuned 911 turbo's etc there just to fast.

LOL hope it goes well for you and if you manage anything like Bill did it will make them wonder why there is a Ibiza that cost £60k+ less anywhere near them up to 150+

Be very interesting against the TVR and CSL [B)]

Take them down Gary, you can do it. And i think with your spec the 160 barrier will fall for sure.
Good luck man.

unless there is a nasty headwind, which there was on my day... slowed down the top porka's down to a mere 180mph (I think) where they had done 198mph the previous Vmax..

EAK!

How about takeing a cool box with some ice and a water spary (the little squirty bottles) may help bring things down abit? Especilly if the weather is going to be cold also

Good luck and

lets hope that mad wagon beeza is running sweet........

Just think of the respectfull nods you'll get when they see your little motor ripping on past the 160 mark.

Enjoy! :D

Bruntingthorpe's quite local to me. Wouldn't mind having a butcher's, but apparently no spectators

Sounds like a good day out, enjoy

Nope no spectators are allowed. But i will give a good insight of the day when i get back. Its nothing new Bill has been there before. I am just following in his footsteps, just quicker i hope.

cool cheers for the links

looks like current max holder is 192mph then - over 2 miles ye ?

madmile.... good luck m8. hope you get a chance to video it. :D

respect to all of you with bt`s. youve spent loads getting these cars doing the biz. ( still cant fathom how you pull off the line without spinning those wheels!)
