ours is a clip type...that is simply jubile clipped in place-couldnt even butcher the ends as the polished bit would be too short!!

I have a solution though...all will be revealed in due course!!

After these latest mods im not doing anymore!! 4WD, Turbo and Jap is calling to me late this year, early next!! :D

Got the front bumper off no prob's, only takes about half an hour to do. Didnt know how big the Fmic was, it's huge!! :clap:

god that bumper removal i could do eyes closed now i done i so may times.

Got to do an intercooler change in the morning in 2 hurs max, Bloody freezing though, bbbbrrrrrr

anyway, the cupra intercoolers stay quite clean. not sure how but they do

think i may give the car a full clean tomorrow get the autoglym valeting kit out and use it all may take bumper off and have a good look behind it

Im liking the idea of taking the front bumper off for a bit. The guy downstairs always rips into me for having a sporty looking diesel! i try to explain it is fairly quick... im sure if he saw it minus the bumper he'd change his mind! It looks a beast!!!!

I could give it a little clean while its there too.
