Worn gear selector

Hiya the gear selector on my exeo is worn.
It goes into reverse really easy without pushing gearstick down. I would assume its the plastic ball socket Bush but not sure if this can be replaced if so has anyone the part number.
If not how hard is it join change the whole selector and linkage as I've seen some on ebay.

I’d start with realignment of the cables and shifter you have first before anything else as this is free. Google how to do it there are videos on YouTube

Is it cable on the exeo it looks like rods on pictures I've seen
