It's obvious, really, and i know all the reasons for it,but i was surprised to see around 10% worse fuel economy in the colder days of October. In fact,it was 7 degrees this morning and i didn't see more than 35 MPG on my way home, while i used to see more than 40 MPG during this late night journey.

What would be during the winter mornings?Do other Cupra/Boc drivers see the same drop in economy this month?

just drove 8 miles home and after having the heater on with AC for 5-10 minutes to get rid of the frost i only managed 33mpg. not looking forward to full on ice and winter weather :(

Is that why I was struggling to get over 24 mpg yesterday????!!!! hahahahahahaha oh dear oh dear, thankfully I will keep using the motor down to a minimum in the next 6 months hahahahahhaa

Think of the bright side, performance of turbo cars during winter is significantly better,
so its more fuel and more power :D
