Would you trust your dealer?

My new fr will be with me soon and i am trying to sort out a few things, the first thing i will be doing is fitting a lowering kit, would you entrust this job to your dealer or would you take to a specialist ? i would want the suspension fully realined, is there anyone in the midlands who could do this?
