I had it fitted to a warranty replacement gearbox from the first car and sold the car with another box. That same box was fitted to my FL Cupra and I just had it removed and fitted the original gearbox from the FL car.
Can't remember what it cost now - probably best part of £2k all in. The way the car can burrow in to a corner with an LSD is awesome though. XDS is kinda counter productive for trying to go fast in my opinion - you want power to get you round and nothing else![]()
Not sure if ours will be the same, on my vcds it won't let me access anything to do with engine/transmission so no xds coding. Did you have to use a login code to get in?
As far as I know it's in the ABS module under adaptations and its module 36 and you have to change the setting from 0 to 2.
I have just deleted my inbox with the instructions yesterday but I'm sure that's it.
