Just a quick question. Do Phillips D3S xenon bulbs fit my altea Xl stylance 2008 model?

That would depend on what headlights you have in your chariot currently! ;-)

I REALLY don't know! That's why I'm asking if they fit or do I need ballast etc.....

Use the registration checker or just pop one of the bulbs out, but more than likely you'll have standard headlights, so the bulbs you mention won't work; they'll require either a different headlight unit (expensive) or some modification, including the ballast, which can be a bit dubious on the legality front; it's a bit of a grey area.
