you know you have a MK2 when your MPG meter lies!!!! and your petrol tank seems to have a hole in it!

and the petrol guage is weird? ie it has 5 segments!? just something strange about it!

Sometimes when i put a 10er petrol in. my gauge wont move out of the red and the petrol light wont go off.
until about an hour later when the petrol finally goes up and the light goes off.

i put 20 litres in and got a full tank when i parked sideways on a hill i never really fill it up cos im always parking it on hills to get the gauge up

I go to Falkirk and back (28 miles all in) and that's my tenner almost gone and i'm having to put more in and I don't take mines over 50!!
I put £35 on friday, £10 on sat and £10 on sun and it still didn't click! I have to guess since my lights on constantly!

sounds about right will check how far i get on 20squids worth of fuel save from shell (currently on 41,9mpg on average) but ive only driven 5miles BUT it was through town soooo

driving like a saint shift at 2000 rpm never brake

You attend the Ace Cafe Megameet, and when turning your car you hit a crater (I mean massive, 35-40cm diameter and 15-20 cm deep). You think"sh!t" then when you reverse out, the pass. sideskirts comes off

(Oh well, wanted to change the pass front wing anywho, so worked out well lol)

Now I need to find some tigerseal, can you buy it from local shops?
