lol i actually like them to be perfectly honest

Me too fella!

its hardly a sheep option to be fair m8, i dont know an ibiza mk4 with them yet, so u cant be following somethin that isnt there

Well said.

it is the sheep option.

People with lesser VW's stick those rims on their cars, quite a few SEAT bods on here have also.

I really dont understand why, they are not overly nice, they are run of the mill, and there is no gained performance advantage. Just says to me, "I really wanted a GTI instead".

Looks rubbish on SEAT's also as it doesnt blend in with the flowing lines.

So with me having the VRS rims that means I want an Octavia VRS? And all the lads that put Porsche or merc rims on mean that's what car they want? Think you're barking up the wrong tree tbh...

It's all about being different, like is being said, it's nice to have some different wheels while still being in the VAG range. At least you know they're decent quality/good wheels rather than getting some cheap aftermarket shite.

your entitled to ur opinion bud but i disagree,

You aren't the only one....

You aren't the only one....

1.

porsche and merc rims completely different as not every tom **** and harry does that to their car.

2.

Cheap aftermarket shite? Well only if you choose the cheap crap, and the majority of people who stick VAG rims on their car from another model are just buying cheap replicas which are of inferior quality and weigh a ton.

Do you know how much original audi RS4 alloys cost.......

Its like with all the mk4 golfs running around with audi a8 alloys (or as the replica makers call em RS8's )

Your car gets away with the vrs rims due to them not being overly distinctive, most people wouldnt have a clue they came off a skoda ;)

The ones on that mk2 Leon must be 18" and don't look too bad (not saying I like the rest of the car tho), but I still don't think they would suit the mk4. The brakes look poor enough on that Leon, as those wheels were designed to show off the fancy mk5 GTI ones.

16" Polo ones would look better with some painted/better calipers too.

the ones i was looking at were 17 and were replicas.. and dont quote me on this but a friends polo gti have 17s on??

owl send me a side view of your car and i will photoshop them on for u, i will chop them onto mine for now so you get an idea

only side one i have is the one posted mate..

and to who ever said i'd be like a sheep:lol:, reason i chose to hunt these down ( after a little time looking at fr ones) is the fr ones are on other ibiza and if my memory serves me i dont seem to see any beefa's on here with the gti on.. imo i think they may go well with the motor but i wanted some otheropinions from other ibiza drivers, so thanks, been more positive than my local club anyway:lol:

i've emailed the guy and now waiting for my stud fitment to come in stock.... but i have also been having my eye on these beautys (had these on my old ka ( in hyperblack))

big_wheel_force10gun.jpg

and again i'm undecided with the colour balck as my car is like a gunmetal and dont know whether it would pull a black wheel off.

thanks for evryones opinions though. end of day if someone thinks they would look gash id like them to say as it could prevent me making a wrong purchase... i am at the moment weighing up where my money will be going in the next two months as i have my eye on other stuff but obviously as everyone else my eyes are bigger than my bank account!
