MK3 wings on a MK2/ Vice Versa

Ive heard that mk3 wings and then front end will fit on a mk2... does that mean that mk2 wings and therefore front bumper would fit onto a mk3?

just thinking along the lines of, F2 bodykit on a mk3?

you'd need all the panels & lights & slam panel to make it 'fit' but yes - the mounts are all the same

the mk3 was little more than a facelifted Mk2

wasn't this done with a mk2/mk3 engine transplant ? someone bolted the whole front of a mk3 cupra onto a mk2.

im on about the other way round, mk2 bits on a mk3...

but thanks mark... thats only now made me more tempted towards the mk3 20vt ibiza... tut. i cant afford it tho really

I think an F2 bumper on a Mk3 may have some issues with the SMIC, I'm not sure it'll get any / enough air to it.

would be hugely expensive to do what you suggest....
