in the dry no probs with grip as long as you dont pull off holding it above 2.5 k in the dry it will grip loads but the slightes bit of damp and its gonna spin thats the problem with front wheel drive the car lifts up and weight isnt pushing wheels into the road! but its all fun lol good mpg that mate some people wont belive thats possible though!

not wanting to turn this thread into a mpg argument like anouther 1 but ive bin trying to get the mpg as high as poss in my 180 and 37mpg is the best i can get suppose this would be due to remap ect

hands down to you for getting the power you have and a wallet saving mpg!:worship:

yeah couldn't believe it myself, thats with a steady speed of 70mph,

Are there any meets in the surrey area happening soon, it would be great for someone who knows how the car should go to sit in my car and see how it runs.

another thing i sometimes do when flooring it in the wet is to bounce my foot on the accelerator this stopps the drastic wheels spin as lifting of releases boost but when you put foot back down the turbo is still spooled up and you have power again not like the tc which virtually switches the engine of for me so if you tc isnt working and you decide to drive with it off give this ago might help putting the power down

im only near crawley maybe we should try n see if we can get a little meet up? dnt get meet ups really this far down south:(

I know im just being a women as most people on here switch it off anyway when they start the engine, its just I would rather have it and not use it than need it and not have it (like in icy conditions or going up a steap hill in the pouring rain) I hate having a car with a problem. Im sure as people say that if it is working correctly its annoying as it cuts power all the time so they dont make prigress quickly but then at least your tyres are going to last longer. mine are wearing down at a high rate and I honestly dont drive hard that much.
