Hi all,

Who do you have your LCR insured with?

The best quote i've had so far is from admiral - £710 with £200 Excess. - I'm 27 and that's with me mum on the policy :)

im with sky
LC with everything declared, 2 years NCB, 23 and not in the lowest risk area known to man
900fc, over 300 cheaper than anyone else including my renewal

give luke a shout 0870 11 21 759

I've just tried Adrian Flux, Norwich Union, Greenlight and Churchill - None of them were good for me :(

They couldn't come close to the admiral quote of £710 ;)

Where do you live Verdi? Mine is £630 with Greenlight, I'm 25, 3 years NCB and in a central Leeds postcode (LS4) which as far as I know might as well be in Basra in insurance terms.

22 yr old, with 3 years NCB and 3 points, lovley London postcode, LCR 210 got qouted between £1150-£1300 with Admiral, Elephant and Bell, bare in mind the previous 3 do 10 months insurance.....Other popular ones wanted £2-£3k....like confused.com

Adrian Flux (Highway) quoted £1050 for 12 months.....guess who going with :) - A mod friendly company as well i believe?

i tried confused and they got a 1100 quote from swinton which is really goo as i am 20 years old on my own insurance fully comp. go to swinton its worth a try

Don't bother with any of the price matching crap from Barclays or Privilege. All they do is beat your renewal price by £1 and then give you a huge excess to compensate. "But we beat your renewal Sir...." rubbish!

I'm with Admiral and managed to haggle them down to £550. Just ring them up and tell them you can get it cheaper elsewhere. They will speak to their manager and offer you another 10% off at least. Worth a shot!
