312mm uprated discs, pads and fluid

Hi chaps, well changed my 312's discs and pads about 2 months ago now, and they are warped already, quite bad :( (im not too bothered as i only payed around £50 all in as i got them at cost through work, so not a massively exspensive mistake )when you brake and take your hands off the steering wheel, it shakes only slightly but alot if you know what i mean.

So i recon my discs are fooked, so am after some info on what others have tried and or rate? I want ideally uprated discs and pads and oil, would prefer grooved discs as i have heard that drilled ones are prone to cracking.

If anyone culd help me it would be much appreciated.

Cheers
Daniel

I have all the standard stuff from the 225 TT on mine, pads, discs etc

Try zimmerrman or pagid.

Try speaking to Bill for something. Plenty of choice out there for the 312mm setup as it's used in quite a few cars.

DS2500 pads should be good.

when you get new ones make sure you bed them in jently for a few hundred miles

that way they may last you a bit longer

You cheaky git  i bedded these ones in over 200 miles, but after that they have been blue on a few occasions, and just warped like a piece of ****.

Not sure how helpfull it is but one of my dad's mates runs a garage and swears by Mintex?

There is a huge contrast between DS2500 and any current Mintex pads - and it's not in the favour of Mintex!

Glad I stuck that down then so I can stay away from them in future when I get round to fitting new on mine ;)
