I'm not so sure replacing the oe actuator is worthwhile (just had a quick read of some past posts).
It's not the product itself, an improvement was noticed on a KO4 car but the car will need to be mapped again which will end up costing quite a bit of money in total for probably not much gain (if any).
Maybe if you're in the process of upgrading to a K03S then it could be worthwhile doing.

The acuator is NOT a straight swap on a k03s. Forge will supply you with a Golf one IIRC and it doesn't fit. You have to cut your old acuator bracket off bodge that. So if it goes wrong you're screwed as you've just chopped you turbo up lol!
sounds to me like the forge actuator was fitted, which was then adjusted to its lowest possible setting - Jabba still wanted the boost lower than this but the actuator prevented this.

The actual question shoul dbe what psi rating is the forge actuator setup with? what spring is in there? they are adjustable via springs just like DV's
lowest minimum boost (N75 @ 0%) is actuator pressure.... so a quick test to confirm would be disconnect N75 (electrically, it will pop a fault code) and see what gauge boost you see.
Difficult to see why a forge actuator would make more power, other than elevating the whole boost range by its higher preset spring rate. N75 duty cycle would be bleeding away x% more as a consequence with mike adjusting the scaling so limp mode does'nt ensue on deviations.
that high level of boost on a plain bearing K03s is mighty high mind... Completely flat out!

Sell what? The actuator? It's a well known fact that an uprated actuator is only really worth it on a big turbo (k03s is not a big turbo). 20 secs of search could of told you that!
