hey Sarah meant to ask, so if i go up(cruise motorsport) n pay £375+vat will that give me the ability to switch between standard and mapped? i have cruise control already fitted...

Hi Mate
The remap is on offer at the moment at £375.00 + VAT
If you have the cruise control and you want the ability to change over maps then it is an extra £99.00 + VAT to get the program for that changability with the cruise
Carbonio`s we cannot do any deals on either I am afraid as we have then really cheap at the moment and we sell LOADS and LOADS of these , the Pipercoss equivalent is £250 ish so it is a good price

hmm considering this bell autos one now, quite abit cheaper n custom to the car... what u's think?

Custom to the car? lots of threads on "custom" maps. Search.

A custom map, if it really is custom, is only effective while the conditions are exactly the same as they are on the day of the remap. Change air filter, use different petrol, drive it on a hotter day etc etc and its usefulness goes out of the window because it wasn't mapped for those conditions

- however - custom remaps usually aren't that custom anyway - meaning they're probably no better than a good generic map thats adjustable.

But for the price, its a still a decent remap from what i've read.

hmmm damn it, lol, like throwing a spanner in the works... lol this way though the remap will cost be bout 345 inc petrol there and back (3 1/2 hours driving) then i could buy the carbonio as well... although seen this...:

Well by all accounts, folks that have the Bell auto remap are very pleased with it!

I don't believe the hype about custom maps, I believe they're basically the sam as generic maps - maybe with a few adjustments. They still work though - so I think the Bell remap is a good contender at that price.

If, lke you say, you don't drive that much then the Bell remap may be perfect for you - decent price and good performance!

Do Bell do a trial?

BMC's sound very good - I had one for a about 2 days but i returned it to the shop. The ting is though, they work best with the air intake tube on it but sound louder with it off.
