Hmmmmm i dont think that they will get that hot to expand radically although only time will tell lol

I moved the exhaust back a bit so that they dont touch the plastic...so if it all goes to plan there should be no melted plastic on the pipes :D

mine expands alot when it gets hot and its a think with stainless steel i think

its never happened with my previous exhausts on other cars.

I have a stainless manifold on my race car and im pretty sure that doesnt expand drastically...and that gets really hot!

Been racing it since i was 14..now im 17 im too old for the championship :(

Yep its a load of fun...It drives like a go-kart with a tad more power

Being a championship designed for 14-16 year olds it only uses a Ford Zetec 1.4 and has around 105bhp but it weighs around 700kg so its reasonably quick!!
I could just keep up with a Porsche Carrera 2 around Donnington :D

No wins :( but i have been really close!!! My best achievements have been an award for being the most talented and most improved driver of 2005 :drive1:

well done mate I think that looks good

I like the side skirts too

as for lowering, I'm not a fan but if you want your dash and door cards to rattle like fook go for it

I might get some skirts put on mine like if I can be botherd. That pic has made me want to add to my project THANKS a lot more money I dont have lol. looks good mate anyway not quite my thing but dont reckon its as bad as I 1st thought.

lowering is the way forward mine looks and handles so much better imo than oem suspension have hardley any noises from inside the car when driving just the normal dash noises but no more than when standard :) would finish off your car nicely mate some lowering springs! eres a quick pic so you get the idea VVV
