Go this fitted yesterday and I've been driving like a granny (easier said than done) since then. What's the best way to go about bedding it in?

Sorry to hi-jack the thread, how much did you pay for the clutch? How much was fitting?

Id probably be VERY careful for the first 250 miles;
Careful but not granny style in the second 250;
No launches untill after 1000 miles just to be sure...

Dan will be able to give you more of a solid answer though

I had mine done, took it easy for about 175miles on stop start traffic as recommended, then gently applied some torque and now I think its fully bedded in about 350miles

Done around 180 miles now, really starting to feel OEM, still taking it easy, very frustrating, feels like I'm never gonna be able to use the performance again, it's taking too long to rack up the miles!

I took mine easy when i first had it installed :whistle: honest ;) I work for them and they advised to take it easy for the first 500 miles, but tbh the first 200 -300 and it was fine.

Tbh i gave mine some **** over the year i had it fitted in the car, been to santa pod numerous times, done lots of launches, and traffic light gp etc etc and even once a 2nd gear launch........... that made it slip a tad :hide:

The clutch is great, and justgives you that safety piece of mind that the car will beable to use all its power ;)

:lol: only for myself, have tried and tried with GB etc through work, but they just dont seem interested, and even with buying stuff for other people they will add **** loads on so it works out loads more as they are greedy *******s at times.

Now that would be frustrating, 220 miles in myself and I'm starting to pull my hair out, I might just go for a long drive tonight. :D
