Just to let you know, i have the TT shifter, plus the ebay jobbie and a special Race-X gear knob from my local sparesworld. Awesome.

Tom, one is the shifter in the engine bay, the counterweight thing, and the other is B+M style, which changes the gear stick/knob/pivot. Reverse is quite hard to get into tho.


Dave, do you know CraigAPD? He seems to know his stuff tho. And what car have you got?

right ive told matt so may as well tell you all its a black mk4 3dr golf 20VT, 115k on the clock, full vag service up til 100k, bit rough round the edges but generally clean as, recaro interior and i paid £3,500 bargain!

my mates in the process of buying some 18" Rial nagaros?? for his GTi they will top it off nicely since his current rims which are VW santa monicas but in 17" they dont fill the arches
